Your favourite local cookie bakery is heading off to the Oscars again this year! Confetti Sweets was invited to the Oscars last year to provide our totally awesome cookies to the celebs, and we couldn’t be more excited that we’ve been asked back for the second time! Oscars, here we come!
Owner Kathy Leskow just couldn’t pass up the opportunity when she received the phone call last week, so she and husband Steve will be heading to LA with WestJet in a few days. They will be taking the Chocolate Chunk and Coconut cookies again…Hollywood just can’t get enough of them! The 75 dozen cookies will be served to the stars at a pre-Oscar party on February 27.
This has been a busy few months for Confetti Sweets! We opened our second location in Terwillegar in November, and we have been very pleased with our success there so far. Going to the Oscars two years in a row is like the cherry on top of the cake…a cookie cake, of course ;)
